Trapezoidal profiling lines

DACHPOLL manufactures machines for profiling trapezoidal profiles. The profiles are made according to European (EN) and Russian (GOST) standards, among others. The automated process line for trapezoid profiling includes: the decoiler, infeed, profiling machine, shear, outfeed and conveyor. The line can reach a capacity of up to 30 m/min.

The preferred steel grade for the trapezoid is: DX51; S220GD, S250GD, 3105 H45.
